Quality Policy
The Project
Selepack, a leading company in the production and marketing of plastic packaging, which is always attentive both to the quality of the material as well as the aesthetics and functionality of the product, in collaboration with TechnoDesign has built the “tank with bow”, combining practicality, beauty and elegance.
> 01 input
The project, curated by the pencil of the designer Francesco Rocco and developed in detail by model-makers of the company, has been set on the creation of a new industrial product which had the task to propose in the field of plastic packaging solutions original and innovative.
In particular, the creation of the bowl formed is developed in several stages:
– analysis of the existing product (overlooking the scenario competitive),
– research of the most suitable materials and the relative analysis of the feasibility,
– creation of a pleasant and harmonious shape giving you that intangible value that determines how strongly its success in facilitating the affirmation of the brand that represents it.
> 02 design
The design of the pan wants to stand out with its round form, wrapped by a conveyor belt represented in relief on the top, it becomes an expressive bow that will be the hallmark of future creations. The bowl with a bow would, in fact, act as the best class to reference in the future scenario of the packaging.
> 03 CAD
Then we proceeded to transform the idea of the designer in a product that is actually achievable via a design phase with CAD software. Once you have defined the structural characteristics of the waste, we moved on to developing the tooling for its production by thermoforming.
> 04 implementation
Completed the planning phase, it was realized a plant for the production and moulds.
